I’m always a little nervous about getting fooled with extra fees or random charges, but that didn’t happen here. I paid what they showed upfront, and there were no weird billing surprises for me.

"Actually better quality than I was expecting"
I ordered a few promo items for a small event we were putting together, mostly just to have something simple on hand, and I wasn’t really expecting anything too amazing. But the quality ended up being really good. The print looked clean, the colors came out nicely, and the items didn’t have that cheap feel some promo stuff can have. I was opening the box at my kitchen table and felt relieved with how everything turned out. Happy with the order and I’d definitely order again.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
So... my order from promodirect.com showed up on time, which was great, but the packaging looked a little rough when it arrived. Luckily nothing was damaged, but it definitely could’ve been packed better. Not a terrible experience, just kind of average.

First time ordering from Promo Direct it was easy. Nice. The site wasn’t confusing, and I was able to find what I needed without clicking around forever.

My order arrived when it was supposed to, and everything looked like the preview. Solid. Nothing super dramatic to report, which is kind of the best thing when ordering online.
I also had a quick question and customer service got back to me fast. Helpful. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’d definitely order from them again

"Really happy with how the shirts turned out"
I ordered a few custom shirts from Promo Direct, they came out better than I expected. As someone who’s picky about how my designs and logo look on actual products, I was relieved to see the colors were really close to what I uploaded and the logo printed nice and sharp. There was one shirt with a tiny spot where the ink looked a little lighter, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with the quality and would definitely order from them again.

I ordered a few promo items, and the delivery actually came right when they said it would, which is always a relief. The tracking was easy to follow too. I kept checking it here and there, mostly out of habit, but everything stayed on track. Nothing over the top or anything, just a smooth delivery with no missing boxes or random delays. That’s really all I needed, so yeah, I’d use them again...

I’ll be honest, I usually stick with another company for this kind of stuff, so I wasn’t totally sure about trying Promo Direct in the first place. But I emailed them and they got back to me quickly. The refund was handled within a few days and the money showed up on my card without me having to follow up. Painless overall, which definitely makes me feel better about ordering from them again.
